About Me

I am a small town girl with a small town heart living in the big city. I love to cook, bake, read, and spend time with my family. I have a wonderful husband and the world’s most adorable son.

Other than spending time with my family, reading is my hobby. If I had to choose one hobby for the rest of my life, I would choose reading, without a second thought. Reading has always been my passion. I have loved books since as far back as I can remember.

I remember being a little girl, and my mom would take me to the library every week. I would check out the maximum number of books that I could, and I would read them all over the course of the week, eager to return the next week for more. This blog is a detail of the books I read and my thoughts on them.

I have also recently completed two novels of my own. One young adult contemporary and one middle grade contemporary. I am searching for an agent and eventually a publisher. It’s sure to be an exciting journey.
